Yes — I'm bilingual and Spanish is native for me. Whole closings, every question, the guides, and the coaching all happen in English or en español, whatever's comfortable for you and your clients. It's not a translation service; it's just how I actually talk.

What's the difference between a title rep and the escrow team?

The escrow team runs the file — they clear title, handle the money, and manage the signing. I'm the relationship and marketing rep: your point of contact from intake to keys, tracking milestones, flagging problems early, and answering the “wait, what does this mean?” texts. Clear Title's escrow team runs the file; I keep you in the loop.

Do you handle the closing yourself?

No — I don't run escrow or sign the closing. That's Clear Title's escrow team, and they're great at it. My job is everything around it: I'm your single point of contact, I catch issues before they stall the file, and for agents, I coach the social-media side between deals.

What areas do you serve?
